Sujith brings over 25 years of leadership in offshore operations, talent management, and BPO across APAC. Through his various engagements, he supports global companies scaling executive search, RPO, and contract staffing across the Philippines, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Previously spent a decade at Bank of America Continuum leading implementations, running operations, and delivering material savings.

Previously, over two decades at CSS Corp, he helped grow the organization from a startup to a 12,000+ employee multinational across nine geographies. He brings deep expertise in healthcare operations, infrastructure development, and counsel on transformative initiatives.
Ivan is an Outsourcing & Offshoring professional recognised for building high-performing teams across Australia and the Philippines. He has led large-scale in-house and outsourced operations for organisations such as Telstra and Wesfarmers, with senior positions across Telecommunications, Advertising, Digital Media, Retail, and eCommerce.
