CX Horizon Services structures every engagement around one of two commercial models: Full-Service BPO, in which we assume full accountability for outcomes, or Employer-of-Record, in which we act as the legal employer while your organization directs the work. Both models are engineered against the same operating discipline; the choice is a function of your operating preference, not the standard of delivery.
CX Horizon Services serves as the legal employer for your dedicated offshore team in the Philippines. Employee costs (salary, statutory contributions, benefits, and workspace, where applicable) are passed through at cost without markup. CX Horizon charges a fixed monthly administrative fee per employee, covering labor compliance, payroll, human resources support, and general administration.
Clients may optionally engage a management layer through the same EOR structure, allowing direct supervision to be delegated internally through a single point of contact rather than distributed across the individual contributors.
CX Horizon Services assumes full accountability for the engagement, including team recruitment, training, management, leadership, and quality assurance. Performance is measured against a client-agreed scorecard, typically structured around productivity, effectiveness, and quality metrics defined during scoping.
The engagement includes real-time performance dashboards, weekly business reviews, structured escalation protocols, and monthly quality reviews. Continuity risks including attrition, backfill, and retraining are absorbed within the engagement, providing operational predictability for the client organization.
